SHIPPING POLICY
Once payment is received, when the products are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 days.
You will receive an email notification with a tracking number for reference.
Your order to arrive within 4-6 working days and an additional working day for deliveries to remote areas.
All delivery will be shipped by Courier Service.
We offer FREE delivery within Hong Kong for orders over HKD 800.
For orders below HK$800, HKD $40 delivery fee is required.
We deliver to (Residential Address, Commercial Address, SF Station / Locker) within Hong Kong.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept exchange if items are incorrectly delivered or serious defects.
We are not responsible for any damage to products caused by the shipping company or courier handlers.
If exchange of goods is needed, please contact us at support@jelli-bb.com within 48 hours after received.
You are responsible for the return shipping fee.
Please make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning, or obtain proof of posting. The parcel will remain your responsibility until we receive it.
Please return the items in their original condition: unused, in their original packaging, complete with any related accessories and tags. There will be no return if the item has been used and worn.
Personalized items are non-returnable/non-refundable.
Each item can only be exchanged once.
